PRIVACY POLICY

Speisse guarantees the user of the Speisse website respect for his/her privacy.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about the collection, processing and use of your personal data, as well as the rights you have with respect to it under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").

This Privacy Policy applies strictly to Speisse websites, excluding third party websites which may be accessed via links provided on our websites. The processing of personal data you share with third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy and we therefore recommend that before sharing any personal information you read the privacy policies of such third parties.

Visiting this website is not conditioned on the registration of personal data that identify the user. However, the use of certain content may require the provision of personal data.

DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

Speisse is responsible for the collection and processing of the User's personal data.

Personal data shall be collected from the user with his/her express consent, indicating the purpose and the time for which the data will be kept. Such personal data shall be processed or stored by Speisse and its subcontractor Gigantic - Digital Growth and are intended to inform the user of the projects developed by Speisse and shall be kept and used only for the time necessary and in accordance with the purposes indicated in the consent given by the user. Upon expiry of the conservation period or the purpose for which they were collected, the personal data shall be deleted or converted into anonymized data.

Speisse undertakes to comply with the RGPD, as well as with other applicable legislation, namely, not to copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, alter, delete, destroy, disseminate, transmit, disclose or otherwise make available to third parties the personal data to which they have had access, without having been expressly authorized to do so, undertaking to use them solely for the purposes for which they were collected, refraining from any use outside the context, either for their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties.

USER RIGHTS

Under the terms and for the purposes of articles 13 and following of the Regulation Speisse informs you that:

1. The personal data controller is Speisse - SPACE REINVENTED LDA, collective entity n.º 514255781 with headquarters at Av. da República 49, 4º andar, 1050-188, Lisboa, which can be contacted by phone n.º +351 933 300 789 or e-mail geral@speisse.com.

2. The personal data collected are intended for the preparation of responses to requests for information, commercial requests and the communication of information on developed projects, limiting the processing of such data to this purpose, unless the holder has expressly consented to the processing of such data for other purposes;

3. The data collected will be kept for the period necessary for its use, for the express use
mentioned in point 2.

4. The data subject may, at any time, exercise the following rights vis-à-vis Speisse, preferably by written communication to the email address geral@speisse.com or to the address of the registered office of Speisse as indicated above:

  • a) the right to access your personal data made available through this document, as well as to consult, rectify, update or delete them and to limit processing;

  • b) the right to object to the processing of your data;

  • c) the right to portability of your personal data;

  • d) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data herein;

  • e) The right to lodge a complaint with the competent control authority in accordance with Portuguese law, obtaining, for this purpose, the contact details of Speisse;

  • (f) the right to obtain information from Speisse as to the purposes of the processing of their data, the categories of data involved, the identity of the recipients to whom they have been disclosed and the period for which the personal data will be kept or the criteria used to define such period;

  • g) The right to be informed which personal data are being processed and to obtain a copy of such data, a copy of which shall be provided in electronic format, unless the data subject requests otherwise;

  • (h) the right to obtain from Speisse the rectification of personal data which are inaccurate or to complete its data;

  • (i) the right to obtain from Speisse the erasure of his personal data ("right to be forgotten") without undue delay, whereby Speisse shall be obliged to erase such personal data, in particular where it is required to do so by law and where the data subject has objected to the processing thereof and/or has withdrawn the consent previously given.

DATA TRANSMISSION

Speisse will not transmit the User's personal data to third parties unless:

  • a) has obtained the data subject's express consent to do so;

  • b) the transmission is made in the execution of a legal obligation or for compliance with a court order;

  • c) the communication is carried out for any legitimate purpose provided by law.

SECURITY MEASURES

We have a technical team dedicated to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your data.

Speisse shall adopt the measures within its power (security systems, rules and other procedures) to protect the user's personal data against unauthorized access through the internet, and to prevent unauthorized access to the data as well as their disclosure, misuse, loss or destruction.

It is, however, the responsibility of the User to guarantee and ensure that the equipment they are using is adequately protected against harmful software and computer viruses, worms and/or malware.
